Its a good tool to enhance a work out.. Its kinda smelly but you have to expect that due to the material its made from. If its too tight to your body, it will unzip frequently and that is a problem.

I returned this item because it did not even come close to fitting properly. I was post pregnancy size of a 10-12 and ordered large which is what was recommended and they were too tight to even zip. Material also looked and felt cheap. I bought a pair from another source for 1/3 of the price.
