Return Policy

1. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept return or exchange of hosiery, socks and hernia briefs after the plastic bag inside the color box packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken. All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Please be sure to order the correct size.
2. A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be requested by the customer within 14 days from the date the order is received. The RA number is valid for 14 days from the date issued. All product returned without a RA number or returned after the expiration date of the RA will not be accepted for refund.
3. All return products must be in New and resalable condition and pack in its original packing with all acccessories and inserts.  All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
4. We do not accept any product return that does not have manufacturer's packaging or product returned in damaged packaging.
5. Refunds are made on the purchased price and any applicable sales tax of product returned less 15% restocking fee and shipping.
6. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return product. We do not responsible for damaged or lost product in transit. A refund or exchange will not be issued for any product that was not received by us.
