Shipping
We make every effort to ship product the same day that it is ordered.
Most orders placed before 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) for
items in stock will be shipped the same day, upon order verification
and barring events beyond our control. Each order must go through
the credit approval process and be transmitted to the shipping warehouse.
Each shipping warehouse has cutoff times that vary by location.
Orders that arrive at the shipping warehouse past the cutoff time
will ship the next business day. For delivery in the continental
USA, freight is based on product weight. Handling extra. Shipping
options include Ground (standard) and 2nd Day (express). Some rural
areas may require extended delivery times. Please contact
us for overnight delivery option. Items in excess of 150 lbs.
will be shipped via common carrier and may require special shipping
and handling charges. Saturday delivery is available in some areas.

rates outside the United States. Canadian orders will be charged
GST. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to insurance and liability
constraints. Customer signature required at the time of delivery
for express shipments. Ground parcels do not require a signature.
For all shipments, Concept 21 will arrange for shipping and freight
insurance to the customer's destination; however, such costs are
the responsibility of the customer. Concept 21 may assist the customer
in filing any claims with the insurance company arising from loss
or damage to the shipment during transit. Customers are advised
that some insurance agencies prohibit shipper (Concept 21) provides
assistance in claiming loss or damage against the insured items
due to fraud prevention.
Payment Options
Payment by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and Optima
credit cards accepted with no surcharge. Your credit card is not
charged until your order is shipped. If you prefer to pay by check,
please contact us, your sales representative
will take your order and direct your payment. Please allow 10 business
days for company and personal checks to clear. Purchase orders are
accepted for corporate, educational and government orders. All checks
or purchase orders must include a contact person and phone number
in order to be processed. A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned
checks. Due to the high cost associated with C.O.D. order, we do
not accept this method of payment. We take steps to maintain our
ability to offer our customers the most competitive prices available.
Return Policy
We provide fully staffed technical support and customer care teams
to help you after purchases. If you have any questions, please contact
us.
Concept 21 is committed to customer satisfaction. Several manufacturers
have imposed no-return restrictions which require us to adhere to
the following policy. Given these return restrictions, we encourage
you to give special consideration when making a purchase.
- All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against
defects. Due to certain manufacturers' return policies, you will
be required to contact those manufacturers (Trendware, and others)
directly to repair or replace your products. Please be sure to
contact us and ask about warranty programs
and specific return conditions before you purchase.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA)
number. With manufacturer's permission, a Return Authorization
number may be requested 14 calendar days from the invoice date.
After 14 days from your invoice date, you will be required to
contact the manufacturer directly to repair or replace the products.
All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center
within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization number. Items
received after 10 days will be refused. All RA numbers must appear
on the shipping box. Please do not mark on the outside of the
original product packaging. All items must be returned with original
packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories,
components, etc.
- Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original
item is received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed
defective, the replacement will be shipped. At this time, no credit
or refund will be granted. Defective items will be confirmed and
replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.
- Per manufacturer's instructions, packaged software is not returnable.
Software licensing products are not returnable. We apologize about
the inconvenience.
- If factory seal is intact, you may return an unopened products
for exchange within 14 days of your invoice date if permitted
by manufacturer's return policy. The return is subject to a minimum
15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer
is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return
shipments.
- Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result
in a delay of your return request, an additional restocking fee
up to 30%, and possibly refusal of your return.

purchases submitted by a customer. Further, not other terms and
conditions in any purchase order, acceptance, acknowledgment or
similar document shall be effectie or binding upon Concept 21 unless
